Tricking a man into an unwanted pregnancy and forcing paying child support is fraud however under the current system, no crime has occurred. If a man tricks a woman into conceiving then under the law it is sexual assault and he goes to prison. This is not justice. All adults should be required to undergo mandatory parenting courses and pass a licensing system to be allowed to have children with the involvement of CAS.
