yes, but it depends on your definition of "rich". the ultra wealthy should be forced to pay their share. particularly on trusts and inheritance

Only if every other worker in the country gets the same increases as large as the increase in minimum wages. Otherwise no.

Yes, for students in programs that are needed for the country (eg. STEM jobs, manufacturing, engineering, healthcare, etc.)
