Even if we grant that a fetus is a person with rights, no person has the legal right to use another person's body without their continuous consent. For example, we don't force people to donate organs or blood, even if doing so would save another person's life. So, even if the fetus has a right to life, that right doesn't override the pregnant person's right to control their own body.
