If individuals have the money to spend for expedited, and possibly better healthcare, then we should allow them to do it

This keeps the money in Canada while freeing up space for the "regular" system. In the end, we all get better healthcare, even if it means it's a bit unequal.

Yes, but only for non-surgical treatments such as puberty blockers and hormone therapy
