Canadian citizenship should be earned by a proven contribution over a five year period with a strict adherence to obeying the laws of the land. The immigration department should be actively responsible over this period of time to ensure each applicant is provided the guidance and assistance required for each new immigrant to become a productive, self sufficient Canadian taxpayer. |
