If they have citizenship, they should serve their sentance as a Canadian in Canada.

Yes, Serious crimes such as Murder and the nature of its intent, rape at any age of the victim, kidnapping, child pornography, human trafficking etc. Prisons here are great, if they came from 3rd world country where prisons are far from inhabitable, I think more justice can be serve.

it depends on the crime and how grave it was like if two people got caught stealing but one was stealing candy from a cornerstone while the other one was stealing money in a bank they should have different punishments
