If they have citizenship, they should serve their sentance as a Canadian in Canada.

If they are a canadian citizen then no. They should be treated like any other citizen.

Depends on a case by case basis. Due process, seriousness of the crime and circumstances of their status in Canada.

Yes but only if they are not citizens, permanent residency should be revoked after they serve their sentence maybe, I don’t know.
