Pro-Smart-Choice, Allow free abortions on rape, incest, danger to the mother, pregnancy of under-aged 15 or younger minors. Allow up to 3 free abortions, more than that are paid by the mother.
Provide free surgery for the small operation to pinch the canals to prevent pregnancy if desired.
Provide rebates on birth control, condoms, contraceptive, sex education for 16 and older only.

It is not fair to ban abortion because if a girl gets raped and gets pregnant she should no have to keep the baby if she did not give consent to have sex in the first place.

People should be able to decide to do whatever they want with the baby. It shouldn’t be in outages to get abortions but, if someone doesn’t want or can’t have the baby, they shouldn’t be forced to have one.
