i do not believe the government has a right to take away something like this. many people can be raped or impregnated at a any age, it is their choice if whether or not the woman is ready to be a mother. for younger children there is a chance of dying whilst having a baby. if you do not have a good living environment and cannot afford a child, it is not wrong to get rid of a child instead of giving it a life it does not deserve.

 @9MFMQ7QLiberalfrom Ontario  answered…11mos11MO

This is a way of damaging myself, so I won't take a risk and give myself to someone who doesn't love me, I would try my best not to put myself into the situation where I need to face decisions of "abortion"

 @9HKBN6LLiberalfrom Manitoba  answered…1yr1Y

if your not sutble for the baby and wont be for a long time and you know that it might be the best choice other than that keep ii

 @9G83PVJLiberalfrom Alberta  answered…2yrs2Y

Women should have the right to do whatever they please. if they dont want kids. they dont want kids.

 @9NLNZH9Liberalfrom Saskatchewan  answered…11mos11MO

abortion is really bad because your killing a kid who was supposed to have a proper life but you decide to just kill it

 @8GR6YQ7Liberalfrom British Columbia  answered…5yrs5Y

Pro-life, but sound support must be given to people who had suffered violence.

 @8PRDTB5Liberalfrom Ontario  answered…4yrs4Y

Do not have a firm stance on either sides since I can not relate to any hardships that would come for a person that would consider this option however I personally lean towards pro-life.

 @9B2WM7FLiberalfrom Alberta  answered…2yrs2Y

i agree you can use contractions, but abortion should be not allowed. if you don't want a kid use a condom or don't have sex. if you have a baby, you shouldn't be able to just kill it because its an inconveneance

 @965CGMVLiberalfrom Ontario  answered…3yrs3Y

Abortions shouldn’t be illegal but allowed if the case is pregnancy from rape and there’s a real case open

 @95QDRFTLiberalfrom Ontario  answered…3yrs3Y

Your body your choice the government has no choice in what you do with your body

 @93WP5NVLiberalfrom Ontario  answered…3yrs3Y

Pro-Choice because people deserve to have a choice in what they want to with their body. it’s your body it’s your choice.

 @93C3SG6Liberalfrom Manitoba  answered…3yrs3Y

Don't have a say, I just generally dislike abortion and it should not be permitted unless you've been forced to have a child (ex. Rape)

 @937XPCMLiberalfrom Ontario  answered…3yrs3Y

If it was an accident or they did not know what they were doing or they were not prepared for it, then yes I believe abortion should be an option, but if they knew what they were doing, then it should not be able to.

 @8ZW2728Liberalfrom Ontario  answered…3yrs3Y

I agree to a certain extent if the baby is 5 months away from its due date abortion should not be allowed

 @8ZR4S7LLiberalfrom Alberta  answered…3yrs3Y

Abortion services should be made available to all individuals, and it should be up the individuals who require the service to decide.

 @8ZKFXL4Liberalfrom Ontario  answered…3yrs3Y

Pro-Choice, I feel it is not up to the government to tell someone what they can and can't do to their body.

 @8Z4RFHPLiberalfrom Ontario  answered…3yrs3Y

pro-choice because if the parent cannot afford them and give them up the child will never know their family.

i do not believe in abortion but just how i have my opion on it many other people do too, you cant force a person who does not want children to give birth to someone who is either nt gonna be loved or is gonna be forced through the system.

Pro choice, but my taxes shouldn't be going to abortion-services. People should be careful if they will engage in activities without care and should pay for their own mistakes.

 @8VFB5HNLiberalfrom Ontario  answered…4yrs4Y

Pro-choice, and providing birth control, sex education, and more social services will help reduce the need for abortions

 @8VBSYTWLiberalfrom Saskatchewan  answered…4yrs4Y

Pro life but allow abortion in cases if rape and incest or risk to mother. I believe the rights of the father should be considered more . Perhaps if Mother doesn't want to raise the chute father does.

 @8V4DDMZLiberalfrom British Columbia  answered…4yrs4Y

 @8TY3NGQLiberalfrom Ontario  answered…4yrs4Y

I'm a male, I have no say in this matter as its not my place to dictate what a woman does with her body and neither should the government.

 @8TY3D4PLiberalfrom Ontario  answered…4yrs4Y

Pro-choice but ban after the first three months unless medically necessary.

 @8TNTXV9Liberalfrom Ontario  answered…4yrs4Y

i would say pro-choice and pro-life because i feel like if you got rape at a young age it would be fine to abort because youd have trauma. and pro-life because i personally cannot kill a baby.

 @8TD635GLiberalfrom Alberta  answered…4yrs4Y

Its the Womans body so the Womans choice, personally I think in a case where a woman was raped or feels that the baby will bind her to an unwanted relationship, or simply cant afford to raise a child, then abortion should be allowed. If I were a woman, I would rather give birth to the child, but then sign it up for adoption, that way there isnt too many complications in the future.

 @8T45WJKLiberalfrom Saskatchewan  answered…4yrs4Y

If Mother unable to give birth/ have to give baby up. More social services will reduce the need for this question though

 @8SQF6NTLiberalfrom Ontario  answered…4yrs4Y

i think it should be allowed, personally i don't really care if people have abortions its not my body, not my situation, not my life

 @8SFXJKNLiberalfrom Ontario  answered…4yrs4Y

maybe i found it okay but just if they have to do it like for health issues

 @8SD52C9Liberalfrom Ontario  answered…4yrs4Y

 @8SCXFCPLiberalfrom Ontario  answered…4yrs4Y

i do agree because for some teens or people that have to actually raise the kid can be much harder than aborting it

 @8SCCDT4Liberalfrom Saskatchewan  answered…4yrs4Y

 @8RLQLY9Liberalfrom Alberta  answered…4yrs4Y

Pro-life, but this is not my place to ban and is very grey/on a case-by-case basis.

 @8RF2XBVLiberalfrom Ontario  answered…4yrs4Y

In my opinion i have no words for this. It depends on the individual but i think that is a wrong thing to do because why would you want a child in the first place. As i said i have no right to say anything on this because there can be reasons on why they will do that. In conclusion it depends on the person but i think its not a good choice to do it.

 @8R5TTX4Liberalfrom Ontario  answered…4yrs4Y

pro-life if the chilled is an "accident" then the man should have a say legally.

 @8QCKTG8Liberalfrom Newfoundland  answered…4yrs4Y

pro-life, but provide birth control, sex education, and social services to prevent accidental pregnancies

 @8PDWRVRLiberalfrom Ontario  answered…4yrs4Y

 @8KWZV3PLiberalfrom Alberta  answered…4yrs4Y

I think pro-choice only after both parents agree on the decision, exception for rape and incest (mother decides)

Men personally don't get a say in what women decide what to do in that instance but if a man says I want an abortion and the woman says no we should also be allowed not to pay child support in that situation

 @8DKJZ4SLiberalfrom Alberta  answered…5yrs5Y

If someone is raped and get's pregnant, they should have the choice of abortion. Don't take away a woman's choice or right.

 @8CYFYZZLiberalfrom Ontario  answered…5yrs5Y

allow in cases of rape, incest, or danger to the mother or child or if the soon to be mother is to young.

That they have their own choice, but if they don't want their baby another family who can't have kids would gladly take it.

i think that if you were raped you should be 100 percent allowed but if you just cant have it due to financial reason that could be accepted but if u just dont want it dont chose to take a life because you dont want it

 @97VBHRJLiberalfrom British Columbia  answered…2yrs2Y

pro-choice espically if the woman is underage, raped or cannot provide for this kid or family they can abort it. however, if the baby is over 1-2 months and the family is able to provide for them then they shouldn't abort it.

 @92YSGDSLiberalfrom Ontario  answered…3yrs3Y

 @8WKW4FXLiberalfrom Ontario  answered…4yrs4Y

If the woman wants an abortion she must state the reason how she got pregnant but if it was rape she should definitely be able to get abortion.
