I am pro-life in general but understand that incest is a horrible situation for both the female and the fetus as it may lead to congenital defects. I also think rape is horrible and rapists should be killed by the victim or sent up for life but the fetus is innocent. It's a decision that the woman must make and eventually answer to God.
It should be heavily restricted to cases where one party will die if the birth is allowed to continue.
I think they should all have a choice because women have rights

Prospective parents should have to prove they can provide a good environment for a baby, or their fetus should be terminated for the good of society. Abortion should be incentivized.

I hate the governments choice on abotion. It is not an ugly old man’s choice about what I can or what I cannot get out of my body,

Pro-Life, Life beginning at the uterine wall when cell growth starts. So (Plan B) the morning after pill is ideal for promoting. The Government should not fund any abortion or activism (of any kind).
