Should the government increase spending on public transportation?
The government should put more money into modernizing current systems but not rip off the citizens by increasing fares to retrieve their spending.

Should the government impose a 1% tax on real estate owned by non-residents?
A non resident should be reworded as non Canadian resident. And non Canadian residents should pay a minimum of 20% real estate tax.
