Increase penalties for gun related crimes (mugging kidnapping, smuggling, etc). Remove restrictions created under OIC.
Implement clearer guidance on stand your ground laws
Revise firearm classification scheme
Enforce the laws we currently have before adding more

No, it should be fully legal, like Constitution Carry and Castle Doctrine (right to personal security). If your convicted or conditional release such rights don't apply.

Yes, there should be handgun bans in municipalities. The federal government should also do more to restrict illicit guns coming from the USA.

I am a proud gun owner and the restrictions themselves are fine. What we could do is regular wellness checks/tests(annually for instance) to "check up" on how all gun owners are doing(mental health maybe). It could stimulate the economy by hiring and training people to conduct the tests on a widespread basis.
