Increase penalties for gun related crimes (mugging kidnapping, smuggling, etc)

Remove restrictions created under OIC.
Implement clearer guidance on stand your ground laws
Revise firearm classification scheme
Enforce the laws we currently have before adding more

Yes, but only for non-surgical treatments such as puberty blockers and hormone therapy
