Should cities open drug “safe havens” where people who are addicted to illegal drugs can use them under the supervision of medical professionals?
The safe havens should be used to try and ease them off the drugs, and get them to rehab, if possible.

Should immigrants be deported if they commit a serious crime?
They should serve their time, and be closely monitered afterwards and if they do bad stuff again, have them serve their time and deport them.

Should the government require tech companies to provide backdoor access to encrypted communications for national security purposes?
It might help security, but it also gets rid of privacy, and there could also be a bad person that could exploit this power.

Should the government invest in artificial intelligence (AI) for defense applications?
Other countries may use it, but it is certainly a scary idea, and I wouldn't want to be without it if they attack us with it, so yes and no.

Yes and no. There should be privacy, but it could be good to have better surveilence in order to help prevent crimes.

Should a politician, who has been formerly convicted of a crime, be allowed to run for office?
If it was not a serious crime, and they have served their time and if it was not committed while in office, then they could be allowed to run for office.
