Should the government allow digital publishers to place locks on their content (MP3s, etc)?
I think as long as the content was used in fair-use then leave them alone.

Should the government allow TransCanada to expropriate private property for the construction of the Keystone pipeline?
Yes, if the landowners are fairly compensated. I don't like oil but I think Keystone is a better alternative than the U.S. getting oil from Saudi Arabia.
