Yes, however, these organizations should be held to meeting and driving innovation and more advanced solutions. Public private partnerships which allow for advancement of technology which allows Canadian companies to be competitive in international markets should be the goal.

If there's room in the budget yes they should increase spending on public transit to get newer and more fuel efficient buses.
