we should only spend more money on transportation that will be consistent and reliable. Ottawa’s light rail/O train has been a financial disaster.

No, for public transportation. However, funding should be increased only for the disabled transportation, as there are long wait times. A lot of them spend all day just waiting around to be picked up and dropped off for appointments and this is unacceptable.

Yes but not huge rail lines. They're fast and convenient, but very expensive, and we have a deficit.
