I think that war is a never ending cycle and I dont think that our world will ever reach the point of complete peace.
Though it's an aspirational objective, creating a society free of violence is a difficult and demanding undertaking. Positive outlooks highlight developments in global interconnection, technology, and diplomacy. Difficult global concerns, political interests, and historical patterns are some of the challenges. Notwithstanding these obstacles, major advancements may be achieved by fortifying international institutions, preventing conflicts, and promoting peacebuilding.

No. Humans were built to destroy and always will find an excuse to keep making bigger bombs,bigger bullets,bigger guns and bigger egos. War will never stop,If we ever find ailens I am certain that someone would try to start a war with them.

There will always be some bad apples in the basket, to even try to achieve a world where there is no violence is to chase a utopia, and chasing utopias almost always ends up creating dystopias.
@9K7SXGF1yr1Y
No. History repeats itself all the time. War will always exist because we are humans. War will exist for all kinds of reasons such as self defense, greed, gaining property etc. It is in our nature to seek war.

Perspective: The prevalence of diplomatic solutions and conflict resolution mechanisms illustrates a commitment to resolving disputes without resorting to war.
I don't belive so, It could happen, Some people are very mean and wont really stop it. It is becoming less Frequent but it will never go obsolete
yes however not in the near future with the amount of war there is right now
@9JPWMB31yr1Y
Wars will most likley never end because man will always fight for what they want and what is theres.
I don't think the human race will ever reach a point where war is obsolete, because greed will always be a thing all humans feel. If we reach a point as a society where we can exist without wanting to take other people possessions, we can live in a world without war. Because we can't do that yet, war will always be a part of the human race, because violence is the only option in situations like that.
As long as there is conflict among political leaders, war is inevitable. There is still a long way until the human race can co-exist harmoniously with each other despite different viewpoints and ideologies.
Yes. However, to put this into perspective Anti-War also means anti-security. Sometimes people need to understand that we cannot live in a world where security is weakened or dismantled. Strong security makes strong leaders and a strong nation. War itself in my perspective should be seen as prevention of violence and oppression especially against terrorism.
I think that we will eventually reach a point where war is obsolete and there is just peace. However, I believe that that idea will take long before it turns into reality as it can be hard for people to set their differences aside.
Yes, because now the most important issue is the environment.
No, The human nature will never be obsolete with war and will always be arguing with eachother
@9HKWP7L1yr1Y
Humans by nature resort to war; we will never be free of it due to the internal violence of human beings.
No, I think there will always be disputes that end up in war.
most likely not, as the world already faces so many difficulties with different opinions on race, laws and rights. There is always someone who will disagree and war has always been apart of it
Absolutely not. People are always going to be fighting, that's the way people are it's basically put into our genetics to hurt those we feel threatened by.
In an ideal society, yes. Unfortunately war and suffering is ingrained in human nature and may never end. One person's utopia is another's dystopia.
I think wars are always going to be a thing because not every country is going to be okay with certain topics that are brought up over time.
No, it has always been and will always be an emergent property of humanity beyond a threshold population density and/or resource scarcity.
No, humans are inherently territorial and violent.
no because someone is always going to disagree with someone else.
Since the human race is complicated, the likelihood of that happening is very low.
I do not think so because there will always be those people who are not willing to try to understand and work together peacefully.
I am a pacifist, yet sadly I am most certain that world peace is practically unattainable no matter how hard we try, war will always exist as long as man exist. Yet I still believe that if we can prevent the most wars as possible then that would be better than nothing. I believe in giving more power to institutions like the UN or WHO or RedCross to help developing countries and ongoing war issues.
I think it won't happen, since some people are just arrogrant and stubborn and still make steropyes about the color of your skin
no, as much as I would hope that the people who have the power to change how the world runs, I don't think so. Unfortunately, it seems like they can't sit down and talk to one another before bombing people's homes and making bigger issues out of things that can be talked over and instead don't think about how war affects civilians. I think the way they go about war is unnecessary.

I don't think that there will ever be a time when the human race will experience complete world peace
no because other people and other countries will always have something of value to another. there is no country with everything, perfect farmland, resources, people, etc.
No, I do not believe so. Most, if not all, humans hold pride and envy and due to this, a war is bound to break out sooner or later.
I don't think that there will ever be a time when the human race will experience complete world peace.
No because it makes too much money for those involved. It has nothing to do with the war itself. Just a money maker.
No, I think there will always be one person who wants war and wants to be on top and be the best country. I feel conservatives will always seek out being the best country and wants to make it known to other countries who want to be better.
@9JVR75X1yr1Y
I do not. As much as I wish it would be, people will always have different opinions which will cause butting heads and war. Unless everyone was the same and thought the same war will never be obsolete.
In my opinion, while the idea of reaching a point where war becomes obsolete is an optimistic aspiration, it seems unlikely that it will happen in the foreseeable future. Throughout history, conflict has been a recurrent aspect of human societies, driven by various factors such as political differences, resource scarcity, ideological disputes, and territorial ambitions.
While advancements in diplomacy, international cooperation, and conflict resolution mechanisms have helped mitigate tensions and prevent certain conflicts, the reality is that the underlying causes of war still persist in many… Read more

In my opinion; If we were to lose our military, we would lose our independence as a country and the people who have fought for us in the past would probably feel disrespected.
I think the human race will never reach a point where war becomes obsolete because there will always be irrational decisions.
No, as long as there are humans that think war is necessary there will be war.
No, there are too many people who have their opinion which leads to conflictsz
@9JZ8DZ41yr1Y
I hope so, but am realistic about the complexities of our world and the people in it.
I hope for it. Im sure as time goes on that we will soon have desire to have peace.
maybe but it's a low chance, there are too many conflicts in the world.
The goal of a world free from violence is lofty, but it will not come easily until diplomacy, global awareness, and conflict resolution techniques undergo substantial adjustments. Advances in technology, diplomatic strategies, and changing international organizations are examples of optimistic viewpoints. Lack of resources, political interests, and historical trends are among the difficulties. By preventing conflicts, promoting peace, and bolstering international cooperation institutions, it is possible to lessen the likelihood and severity of wars. Although the abolition of all forms of violence may be the goal, continuous initiatives to reduce hostilities and discover peaceful solutions are crucial first steps toward a more harmonious society.
I don't think that there will ever be a time when the human race will experience complete world peace.
The use of violence and military forces will not become obsolete, instead, it will increase as our economy progressively gets worse. As time passes, rich countries will get richer, whilst poor countries get poorer. War is also a part of the human race. There will always be one person who wants to promote violence for reasons or greed, revenge, or self defense. However, this can lead to a chain of violence.
