I don't belive so, It could happen, Some people are very mean and wont really stop it

It is becoming less Frequent but it will never go obsolete

There are still people who will make fun of human race or being to skin color like there isn't much to say. I say people still human race and not leaving it go obsolete. So there wil be still war.
