no, for two reasons which are; too many people are innocently convicted and spending life in prison is a harsher sentence. The death penalty is pretty much an easy way out. But, also i think they should improve their system because people who are mistakenly convicted of something and are sent to prison to later be found not guilty is very inhumane.

No, but the time on life sentences should be made longer and they shouldn't be given a chance for parrol

Yes, but I do not trust the govonment to be 100% accurate in these trials so I do not support it.

Yes, but I only think for extremely horrific crimes with undeniable evidence, and with much more law and political opinion. The death penalty should be something not taken lightly and only something to surpass a full life sentence with no parole (which is some times the best case scenario, rotting in prison is better than escaping with death in most cases.)

I believe that it’s should be more torture then the death penalty. It’s should still be an option though

no too meany people have died and they should be put in prison and have almost no humen interaction

Far too many innocent people are convicted under the death penalty, and this denigrates the state's image of respecting human rights if we allow innocent people to be executed. We would also face massive legal costs being sued by families under wrongful death/conviction lawsuits, so it is better to face life in prison, which keeps potentially innocent people alive but also makes those who are guilty face the consequences of their actions. It is also not a deterrent as there are many reasons as to why people commit crimes, and some of them are justified though they are legally against the law. So no, I am not for the death penalty and never will be.

Personally I dont think death penalty is the way because they might change in their lives, maybe a full life in jail and if they get worse maybe its the way
