It's good to push towards electric transport but we shouldn't spend a portion of a funding on it when there's more important things.

It would depend if there is enough electrical grid support to support all public buses and trains. How will this be implemented, what's the plan, will citizens be incentivized? Who is building it? Government or Private entities? How long will this take? What is the cost? How Does this decision of Yes or No impact other urgent funding (ex. health care), how much will taxes increase, budget?

Yes, but keep the public buses and trains that don't run on electric power until we have an efficient and clean way of acquiring electric energy.

They should be 50% electric and 50% gas and or diesel and in the future when spending grows and the environment is crumbling we can make them more electrical
