Ban handguns, unless used in shooting competitions. 5 bullet magazine capacity for all firearms, and a complete ban on fully automatic weapons. Any modifications to be upheld by prison time

Yes, guns involved in hunting should be regulated, and all other guns banned except for use in firing ranges, where the guns are stored in said firing range.
