No, only ban guns for those that have a mental illness mixed with a history of violence. Guns protect people when law enforcement can't.

Neutral. There should be background checks and training, but not taking months to complete. People should be allowed hand guns, and military grade guns only with a permit. I think buildings/businesses should get to decide if guns are legal there. Especially churches schools, etc.

yes, but there should be a way to track or keep tabs on guns that have been manufactured, instead of just the ones that are registered, and this should include regular renewing of the gun licence along with assessments on not only mental health but other factors that could lead to potential to commit future crime, whether that be quarterly, bi-monthly, or ect...
