Yes, and ban all immigration until the government improves its screening process
This is discriminatory towards Muslims and what one man did does not represent what a religion or nation is.

Should all public buses and trains run on electric power?
Yes, and increase taxes and regulation of the fossil fuel industry
Well Canada can impliment a carbon tax on companies that produce high amounts of carbon and use that money to find ways to limit carbon emmisions.
