the fossil fuel industry is currently one of Canada's largest sources of income, and it is our main option as of right now. Changes can be made to protect our environment, but increasing taxes and regulations would not work, and it would punish all Canadians until we magically all started using alternative energy sources.

Although this might fix the problem of pollution in our own backyard, it will also take away industry and natural gas production, leading us to rely to heavily on other countries and paying more for oil and gas. We spend too much as it is.

Fossils fuels cause more harm then good and can pollute the enviroment with undoable damage as where we can stop the use of fossils fuels and replace it with something much more clean for the enviroment.

Well Canada can impliment a carbon tax on companies that produce high amounts of carbon and use that money to find ways to limit carbon emmisions.

Canada releys on the oil and gas industry and althoughe eastern canada wants to destroy western canada this would completly destroy Canadas wealth

People don’t have money to afford the switch to green transportation and many things there is no alternative.
