Should prisoners serving life sentences for first degree murder be eligible for a parole hearing after 15 years?
If any only if they actually can prove that they no longer wish to bring harm upon anyone and will turn themselves in before they harm someone.

Should cities open drug “safe havens” where people who are addicted to illegal drugs can use them under the supervision of medical professionals?
If we do this, then we feed their addictions, unless there are options where those who use can have help to stop using.
