Should cities open drug “safe havens” where people who are addicted to illegal drugs can use them under the supervision of medical professionals?
In combination with a rehab center, yes. We need to diminish the amount of addiction, and this would be a good way to do this.

Should all public buses and trains run on electric power?
If it's cost effective and works just as well, then yes, we should actively try and make this happen.
