Should Muslim immigrants be banned from entering the country until the government improves its ability to screen out potential terrorists?
No but screening needs to improve and be consistent. This should also be at the expense of the person/s seeking residency in Canada.

Yes but with clear and stringent guidelines as to purpose/intent. Create rental affordability for rental units and or first time home buyers (no foreign buyers)
