Should cities open drug “safe havens” where people who are addicted to illegal drugs can use them under the supervision of medical professionals?
Yes but as long as the goal is to slowly help them out of addiction and rehabilitate them into society

yes but they must perform community service and be placed under house arrest using an electronic bracket
