I would personally like to see this implemented in schools, how ever I do not feel schools have the right to make this mandatory, similar to sex education I think it should be up to the parents and families to decide if they want there children to participate

I believe that having this training would be great but ultimately hurt all of us more because kids are too immature to face the realities and the minorities might be hurt more

Yes, but I don't think teaching kids about the hundreds of thousands of genders there are is something they need to be taught

Diversity education, including what is taught in diversity training, should be apart of the curriculum. Everything taught should be backed by reliable, valid, well-established research.

I don't necessarily think students need training on this. I think it would be more productive to have open discussions about diversity and the importance of it through social studies classes to foster a healthy mindset around this topic.

Yes, for young children to teach them of the broad range of cultures and lifestyles that legitimately exist in the world that they will encounter and should tolerate.

It should be something taught to children by their parents not enforced in schools. Pushing it on children in school will likely cause backlash

Definitely for factors that people do not have a choice over, such as skin colour or country of birth.
