Diversity education, including what is taught in diversity training, should be apart of the curriculum. Everything taught should be backed by reliable, valid, well-established research.

I don't necessarily think students need training on this. I think it would be more productive to have open discussions about diversity and the importance of it through social studies classes to foster a healthy mindset around this topic.
