Provincial, but with a public/ private hybrid model.
@B4RNJZY4 days4D
Provincial for working Canadians and Canadian seniors that did work in Canada, but federal for foreigners new to the country and not working.
@B4QTQ5M5 days5D
Both levels of government, too many in hospital need more facilities with long term care mix of private and public combined
@B4N2F7D1wk1W
Both, and both should have streams of federal & provincial funding. No privatization of our healthcare system.
@9F928G62yrs2Y
Both. Healthcare is a human right.
@9F3YN582yrs2Y
Both! We need all the help we can get here

Stay provincial so poor federal leadership can't destroy it without obvious imbalance being evident. Provinces should be obliged to put federal tax dollars provided for healthcare, INTO healthcare without exception. Absolutely NO to privatization!

I prefer a hybrid system where certain aspects of healthcare should be handled provincially, with Federal oversight to ensure there is regulation to not privatize our system. Healthcare should be a right not a privilege. I think a country's government should be responsible for ensuring our most vulnerable citizens are taken care of.
