If people aren't doing anything bad with it or if they haven't before than I don't see a point in banning it for everybody

marijuana is one of the few kinds of drugs that you physically cannot overdose on, it can also aid people with muscle soreness, individuals who suffer from anxiety, anorexia, can help with appetite problems, and can increase blood flow tremendously.

it helps people in need of medical use of the drug and having governments support makes it safer for use and overuse

No one has ever smoked a joint and murdered someone. By that logic if you ban marijuana then you should ban everything else

Similar to alcohol contraband legalization, the country may as well get a cut of the profit for something anyone can obtain anyway. It's also a natural and cheap medical aid.

I think that the best counter debate to the position of no Marijuana is that it is very helpful to poeple who can't calm down and be at peace with their racing thoughts and anxious behaviors they may be experiencing and also to help wirh chronic pain they feel in their body.

Marajuna is on the same scale as alcholol and should be able to be sold and used recreationaly without repercutions.

Marijuana helps people in need, it’s one of the few drugs you can’t overdose on and it does nothing to harm others while using it.

There are many people who use marijuana for long periods of time which affects the brain and makes the connection of nerves slower and slower. Brain nerves do not regenerate so once they are dead there is no fixing the issue. With legalizing this drug we are causing harm to many people’s brain and lives.

Some studies suggest a link between marijuana use and mental health issues. According to a review published in JAMA Psychiatry, cannabis use has been associated with an increased risk of anxiety disorders, depression, and other psychiatric conditions. The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) indicates that marijuana use can lead to dependency and addiction, with around 9% of users developing a cannabis use disorder. Making it inevitable that they will return straight back to using marijuana. A study in the Journal of Studies on Alcohol and Drugs suggests that heavy marijuana use in adolescence is associated with negative outcomes in terms of academic and occupational functioning.

If anyone decides to throw their life away to marijuana it is their own foolish actions that they must deal with. They don't deserve any pity or sympathy.
