Same sex marriage is a twisted and entirely wrong action that can negatively affect future generations.

No same-sex marriage should never be allowed because it's not right and when they can't have kids or they can create diseases by doing things

Yes

Engaged Gay Marriage

”they can’t have kids.”

I do not believe being able to have kids is a current requisite of marriage and even if it were what’s stopping them from adopting.

”they can create diseases by doing things.”

Infectious disease can come from anywhere, most commonly by the process of mutation and zoonosis. If you are referring to the spread of disease, there are much more pervasive vectors for infection.

I believe that we live in a fallen world. I do not believe same-sex marriage should happen, although I believe that everyone has free will and chooses for themselves what to do. I believe that same-sex marriage is not how God designed it to be in His perfect plan.

Yes

Engaged Gay Marriage

Unequivocally yes.

And… Saying No is an Affront to Morality

I have yet to read a well-reasoned argument against the civil union between same-sex couples or any obliging couples regardless of their background. Most arguments against same-sex marriage in this thread unfortunately rely on fallacies such as an appeal to religion or tradition.

Freedom of religion should be protected and is protected within the constitution, but when appeals to religion are used to impose beliefs on others is where I begin to take issue, especially when used in the name of stripping others of their rights and freedoms. Im fascin…  Read more

I would say that they should do what they think is right. I’m not against it nor do I support it. If they wish to marry the person they love, regardless of gender, that is up to them and as a bystander, I’ll respect their decision.

 @9HKZW53Liberalfrom Ontario  answered…1yr1Y

I am muslim, even though this is haram, i dont really have an opinion on this, if they wanna do this and decided to do it themselves then i feel like it should be their decision.

 @9MFMQ7QLiberalfrom Ontario  answered…11mos11MO

I do pay respect, but personally I don't. think it really follows the Natural normality however it somehow does follow the Natural normality, a little bit contrasting but yes.

I don’t support it, but I also don’t have a problem with it, it doesn’t bother me

Its Canada, everyone should be accepted to be free to practise all forms of liberty

 @93WKKFVLiberalfrom Ontario  answered…3yrs3Y

As a christian I don't support it because it goes against my religious beliefs, but I do believe despite our difference everyone should be respected no matter what community you are apart of.

 @93T9PBRfrom Ontario  answered…3yrs3Y

No, but I don't have the right to say anything about any one else preference

 @93RMD6HLiberalfrom Ontario  answered…3yrs3Y

No, marriage should be defined as between a man and woman but people have the right to do what they choose

I don't really care about the lgbtq community. They can do whatever they want but just don't shove it other peoples faces. If I'm straight and your forcing me to turn gay or something, I'm not gonna like that and might discriminate certain people for a valid reason.

 @8VVZQJJLiberalfrom British Columbia  answered…4yrs4Y

I don’t support it but won’t go out of my way to make it illegal or try to (protesting, evolving in against groups etc)

 @8VQ45ZDfrom Ontario  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes, Same-sex marriage should be legal because it doesn't affect anyone else and someone's opinion shouldn't make it illegal for members in the lgbtqia+ community to get married.

 @8VMPCCLfrom Ontario  answered…4yrs4Y

My religion does not allow me to do things like this but I am not against others doing it

People can do whatever they want, just let them do it, who cares. I'm in the middle.

 @8V5PTBGLiberalfrom Ontario  answered…4yrs4Y

Let people do what they want, can’t tell people who to love and it isn’t my life.

 @8TH5K32from Alberta  answered…4yrs4Y

I don't really support or condemn it. I just don't want to be forced to accept it

 @8SYFJW2from Ontario  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes, to deny people in love the happiness you are allowed is deeply uncharitable and anti-religious.

 @8Q6LMCXLiberalfrom Ontario  answered…4yrs4Y

I feel like life is all about chooses and I accept even though I am straight

 @8PVLYRZfrom Ontario  answered…4yrs4Y

 @99H63M6from Ontario  answered…2yrs2Y

I wont support it, but I won't say no, because its on their own problems

 @993FHHLfrom Alberta  answered…2yrs2Y

It's not our place to Judge or say what is right or wrong. People have the freedom to do whatever they want. I understand there's some religion's not okay with this, however if the same sex marriage isn't causing any harm to the religion or the government.Why should it be such a big deal.
