Should the government increase or decrease foreign aid spending?

Decrease for countries who harbor/promote terrorism, commit human rights violations. Spending should be more transparent

I believe that while we should still provide humanitarian support, the gov. should focus on Canadian issues, like the lack of clean water for native communities

I think foreign spending should be based on Canada's current ability to spend. If we can afford to invest in others, we should. If we run into a deficit or has issues here that need to be addressed first (First nations, education, health care & research, infrastructure,) then we should dial back and decrease foreign aid.
