Should the government increase or decrease foreign aid spending?

I think foreign spending should be based on Canada's current ability to spend

If we can afford to invest in others, we should. If we run into a deficit or has issues here that need to be addressed first (First nations, education, health care & research, infrastructure,) then we should dial back and decrease foreign aid.

Capital punishment or the death penalty is a legal process whereby a person is put to death as a punishment for a crime. Canada abolished capital punishment in 1976.

Yes, but only for non-surgical treatments such as puberty blockers and hormone therapy
