It depends on circumstance to circumstance and the rules and regulations that will be put in place. The main things are that the drones shouldn't destruct public and private property, act as a nuisance and some kind of permit should be issued before one can commercially use a drone.

Ya. I mean this I'm not entirely against with the right parameters set in place. As long as it's 100 % human controlled from the time it takes off til the time it lands. Anything falls it's 5 years in jail. Anybody caught in automatic mode or transportation of illegal substances gets 1 year jail and $50,000 penalty. Set in stone no questions asked.
