Yes if it were used for commercial film and photography and services like search and rescue. There is enough advertising plugging up everything around us. We don’t need drones following us around trying to sell something

Yes, the idea and commercialisation of drones have several positive outcomes. However, such drones should have to follow the same flight/transport safety regulations and rules that other devices use for transport and commercialisation.

With the correct regulations, drones can be a profitable and prosperous industry. But regulations are key.

Drones play crucial role in businesses because with the help of these technical gadgets deliveries within time period to distance place become possible

Yes, but only with strict laws in place. Companies should not be allowed to use them to spy on people or gather their information. The drones should also have to be licensed for them to be allowed.

 @93CQRLYNew Democraticfrom Alberta  answered…3yrs3Y

Depends on the use of the drone (like transportation of low danger goods like food or construction materials)

Sure but if I catch it watching me sunbath, I’m going to shoot it with a nerff toy

 @8VKH4X2New Democraticfrom Alberta  answered…4yrs4Y

Depending on the commercial, it is a bit strange to have drones flying around only for commercials.

Yes, only with Nav Canada approval as to where and when drones will be used.

 @8V9DK7TNew Democraticfrom Quebec  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes, as long as *everyone* involved consents to being in these recordings.

Drones should be geared to send goods to low income communities, rural communities, and communities with high levels of food insecurity, such as up north in Nunavut and the territories

 @8TW2XXJNew Democraticfrom Alberta  answered…4yrs4Y

 @8TVBRX2New Democraticfrom British Columbia  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes, but ensure regulations are in place to prevent drone-related injuries and incidences.

Yes, however it should be strictly regulated in order to reduce waste and maintain jobs

 @8SV4XVHfrom Ontario  answered…4yrs4Y

You can use a drone when ever as long as it’s not starting or creeping.

 @8RLGPSWNew Democraticfrom Alberta  answered…4yrs4Y

 @8R67T6TNew Democraticfrom Ontario  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes but there needs to be laws emplaced that prevent companies from putting cameras in it or having it in public places.

 @8QS3ZG9New Democraticfrom Northwest Territories  answered…4yrs4Y

I personally think drones are not a harm to anyone, unless someone is using it to invade a persons privacy

 @8QDRPS8New Democraticfrom Ontario  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes, but under strict regulations to avoid any abuse of privacy or intelligence purposes.

 @ZaneThind17New Democraticfrom British Columbia  answered…4yrs4Y

 @8HZ32NMNew Democraticfrom Ontario  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes, however which cases these drones can be used in has to be public information and the regulations should be made with experts in fields such as security.

Drones can be useful in any number of very important ways, but they also present problems for privacy and safety. Regulations, long-term vision, and oversight would be a must.

 @99PN64YNew Democraticfrom Ontario  answered…2yrs2Y

 @98Q7WWBNew Democraticanswered…2yrs2Y

Depends, They should run accurate background tests for the person trying to use drones for commercial purposes

 @98KGHGHNew Democraticfrom Alberta  answered…2yrs2Y

It depends on the type of commercial purpose. Surveyors and construction might benefit but do we need drone delivered pizza?

 @8V76GNDNew Democraticfrom Alberta  answered…4yrs4Y

yes, with regulations in place that regulate privacy safe guards and appropriate use of technology. There needs to be taxes on this use, as well as on other forms of technology that replace people jobs.

 @8KGT48KNew Democraticfrom British Columbia  answered…4yrs4Y

 @8DYNF99New Democraticfrom Saskatchewan  answered…5yrs5Y

It depends. I think people should have a licence if they want to use them commercially
