Yes but no, if it causes more pollution and distress then I feel it shouldn’t be an idea at all

Drones should require licenses to ensure they are used responsibly. They are a potential safety threat and can easily be used for terrorism or surveillance.

 @8TZ74J6from British Columbia  answered…4yrs4Y

I don’t see why it’s necessary- but Only if it doesn’t violate people’s privacy

Personally, I think they should if they informed the public before hand and let them know the boundaries of where the camera is shooting

 @8SD5W3Mfrom Alberta  answered…4yrs4Y

I feel as though the public is not aware of the pros and cons of this issue and before any decision is made the public needs to be aware of this

 @8RBVGZDfrom Ontario  answered…4yrs4Y

It’s a touchy subject. We live in a capitalist society so my inclination is yes but I think it should be very regulated.

 @8QGBJRPfrom Ontario  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes, if it's regulated to some degree. Otherwise it could pose a potentially serious security/privacy risk.

 @8Q7CL4KLiberalfrom Ontario  answered…4yrs4Y

It should be within reason and people should be made aware of what is happening.

Yes, however which cases these drones can be used in has to be public information and the regulations should be made with experts in fields such as security.

 @9CLF8FBfrom Ontario  answered…2yrs2Y

Only if they have a licence so they can be used responsibly but it would be hard to ensure proper use.

 @8KJLGG6Greenfrom British Columbia  answered…4yrs4Y

It depends. If drones are used for things like delivering prescriptions to remote communities, then yes. If they are used for scouting forestry opportunities, perhaps not.
