YES, but at a cost and with a licence. Drones have the potential for intrusion into the private realm and this will hopefully be preventative.

Yes, but with restrictions. Also depending on the legitimacy of the corporation and all regulations must be within federal laws.

they should be required to get a permit to operate in a public space (under reasonable conditions)

It’s a touchy subject. We live in a capitalist society so my inclination is yes but I think it should be very regulated.

As long as they have a permit and license which allows them authorization to film in said area, and the drones should mainly be used in areas where there is not many people because it could invade the personal privacy of the public.
