Canada has always been one to care first and ask questions later

The act of asking for money after or even sometimes before an operation or procedure that someone needs, is extremely greedy and uncalled for. Heathcare should always be provided for free. Often times those who need it most, aren't in a position to make a 1000 dollar medical payment.
