This option is better than full pro-life, however you cannot stop people from having sexual relations

It happens, teenagers do it and sometimes they are not fully educated. You cannot stop them, it happens and will continue happening. On average, women start menstruating around 12 years old, however it can be as early as 8. With the inability to stop teenagers from having sexual relations, and some not fully educated, there is many pregnancies in young teens. Sure this is an issue of “irresponsibility”, however there is nothing that can be done besides pushing sexual education towards young children, which many are also opposed of. No child or teen will be 100% responsible, that is simply how the world works.
