Change is an inevitable consequence of existence, and the preservation of ideals that hold no value and have been outperformed or disproven via logical, free thinking minds are to be left behind unless they can be proven effective. The duty of the government is to allow such a change to occur, and should have no enforcement of ideology beyond allowing individualism.
