There are regulations in place. People who have guns and are responsible follow the rules. If a criminal wants a gun they’ll find one or make one. We have strict laws. And that is okay the ones who should have guns will follow the law. The ones who shouldn’t have them will unfortunately find them illegally

Yes, but only for non-surgical treatments such as puberty blockers and hormone therapy
