Human beings are subject to dangerous mentalities

We live in a deeply insecure world filled with those who need to cause harm to feel more secure. War will always be a part of our lives because there is no way to force certain people to adopt a pacifist mentality. It's overly optimistic and unrealistic.

Capital punishment or the death penalty is a legal process whereby a person is put to death as a punishment for a crime. Canada abolished capital punishment in 1976.

Yes, but only for non-surgical treatments such as puberty blockers and hormone therapy
