Do you think the human race will ever reach a point where war is obsolete?

War is already obsolete, but it will take a long time, perhaps forever for countries to realize this.

In all likelihood as long as there are people in power who are capable of waging war, the global conquest of conflict will never end until there is no one left to wage it. However, that does not mean that we shouldn't try to put an end to violent national conflict.

Unfortunately it is unlikely. Judging by history and present times it seems as though humanity is incapable of avoiding repeated mistakes, however it is always a hope and a goal to strive towards. There are few things that would benefit both the world and the human race more than peace, however I do not believe that humans will allow coexistence as many feel superiority or greed which very often leads to violence.

I don't think humanity will ever reach a point where war is obsolete, however, violent conflicts may at some point die down and will be replaced with trade wars or technological wars.

I want to believe that we will reach a point where leaders realize that war is not worthy it but I don't think that they will.

In an ideal society, yes. Unfortunately war and suffering is ingrained in human nature and may never end. One person's utopia is another's dystopia.

I believe war is something harder to avoid, especially since our own country does not even get along

I think that its possible however with how recently wars have still happened I don't think it will happen in the near future
