Support should include local municipalities through education that can be coupled with hands on work opportunities for students that know their career path while providing incentives to employers so they can still earn a diploma, Maintain friendships and support economic growth in their communities through job creation, especially in rural areas or smaller cities that do not have jobs within the students’ field of interest.
