An increase in healthcare is crucial, people wait hours upon hours in the waiting room to be seen, nobody in this world will be healthy forever, healthcare should be the top priority, and funding is beneficial.

We need to reduce the wage of doctors, increase the wage of nurses. In many countries a nurse can do more that what the nurses can do in this country. Patients don’t need to always be examined by a doctor and nurses should be going to university level of education to increase the work load for the higher pay.

The reduction of the wage of doctors can also be used to hire more doctors. We can have increased funding to a limit but that funding needs to be used logically.

Which is why if you want less waiting a private sector should be created and a percentage of this private sector should help the local public sector to help develop the public hospitals
