So my opinion is that support student and given access to all regardless of afford or not because purpose is spreading education and if someone don’t afford that also have to have access to education and student have a right to give funding to themselves and then they if could pay to college and universities they ll pay and if there is class and if who don’t afford they must accommodate as they may b potential so if the y ll get education they ll b empower so deprive any one from education ll b a disaster so there must b passion to assist student as much as they. Just diplomas are not enough they need to teach skills for empowerment as adult education needed to more given opportunities like skills computer skills there must b a college where different subject can b teach like a Accra on different topics it’s full time student where like one period for English one for different subject sit when they graduates means ll have more opportunities to get job and they ll have all dimension of subject access so all skills needed to teach as how to apply job resume making all practice need to introduce make ppl ready for job so as they get graduates from college they could b able to empower they must have all potential skills for job so it ll beneficial for job and for empowerment as who study in Canada as high school or schooling from here so who are unable to study here they need to teach so they could b get equalient graduation and so they also could continue there education and who as a immigrant cannot fulfill the dream of taking education when they came to Canada as adult whenever they become citizen of study later after citizen they must prepare for job and in each college must b provide education for low income so all could have access to education regardless if they have sfgird or not !
