Yes, but only by a little bit

I think that the current cost for children (under 16 years of age, when the majority don't have jobs but need to get home from school anyway.) should be lowered by $0.50-$1.00. I also noticed inefficiency in my city's bus system, meaning that the bus just doesn't show up half the time.
